15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the booking amount (No refund).
2. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your flight ticket, you must submit a cancellation request via email or SMS.
Only the person who made the original booking can request cancellation.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
The refund amount will be determined as per the cancellation fee structure mentioned above.
4. Airline-Specific Conditions
Certain airline tickets may have specific fare rules and cancellation conditions. Additional charges may apply as per the airline's policy.
5. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations or disruptions.
